I just have to look at Nancy and it reminds me of one of the most important things you need with cystic fibrosis, the right attitude.

Nancy is someone who is always exercising, always doing her best, always happy and even a little cheeky (so I’m told).

She also has something else that I believe is a huge help with cf and that’s the constant support and drive from her mum Lucy, dad Lyn, family and friends.

So here’s to an amazing 2019 Nancy! Keep smashing it
