Weekly Update – 6th June, 2022

This week has been a lab-based week

I have spent time learning some CPET interpretation

I have also been practising techniques for vascular function and using the dynamometer to practise peripheral muscle function

I spent time preparing for the ethics committee meeting which took place this week

Our ethics meeting went well with a few things to change and consider before submitting a response

I spent a day at the Hospital in Southampton with Zoe and met Don who I will be visiting in Edinburgh in a couple of weeks

This week I had my monthly supervisory meeting and monthly CF Warriors meeting

I have also been working on feedback from co-investigators on the Heat-CF Study

This week has been an office-based week

I have spent my time working on the feedback I was given following our ethics committee meeting

I also spent time working on a presentation of my ongoing research to present to the team in Edinburgh next week
